I would think that if the program was shut down then the guys could transfer without penalty. I could be mistaken though.

 

I don't think so. An example was when Clarksville Academy shut down their program and all their players had to sit a year if they transferred. Their seniors were SOL.

Remember that I am writing as a fan who is sometimes embarrassed by what my school does (the Boyd scrimmage cancellation). I was a fan before John Allen and I will be a fan after he leaves. I do think though, that Silverdale, Boyd, Grace, DB could all benefit potentially if Temples program was shut down then their players would be looking for somewhere else to play football or basketball. Who wouldnt want some of their best players? We would. But they might also go back to their home school area like Ooltewah where Ed Foster is a TSSAA bigwig and they probably would end up being eligible. Just my thoughts on the question.

I think they only have one senior and he might get a hardship waiver. I think the rest would have to sit a year. They are mostly young and inexperenced so I don't think they make a big diference this year in any case

How about fresh water lobster? Had a Yankee call them that before. They do look close. But way smaller. Maybe the salt makes the lobsters grow. I have seen some commercial grown up to 6 inches. Looks like what you get in Red Lobster. Maybe that yankee knew what he was talking about.
