This will be a very good game for both teams. My question is; how did hickman county get seeded 4th while fvhs is seeded 5th? Fvhs is 6-2 in conference while hickman is 4-4.

its just the way the quadrants worked out. fairview is in a quadrant with teams with much better records than the teams in quadrant 4. Quad 3 is definately stacked this year. should be interesting

Very good looking players. Especially the Moore kid. The Owl "D" will need to play their best. Our secondary better be ready to play and the tackling must be much better than against York.

If CC wins against Grundy, next week will be another "game of the week" with either one of these teams. Respect for both. Let's hope the "Swarm" is ready to play in the craziest environment yet for them.

 

Haven't seen your stadium but I'm gonna have to think the brickyard is a louder place. That is by far the best environment I've seen out of a stadium in high school football in Tennessee in person.

Probably hadnt made their highlight video this year. Think of how much better theyll be this year owl fans. Man you should have lost that game to York. You could have came up to Motown and whipped up on the eagles. Now you have to watch those 2 D1 recruits make a joke out of you in the largest hole in Carthage. I thought Maynord was a better coach than to allow a strategical break down like this to occur.

 

Sounds like ole Stampus Lickus is dreading playing the forth best team in the district. It sure would make Whinemoreland look better getting beat by the third best instead of getting beat by the forth best.

That's another thing.......it don't take ANYTHING extra to make a joke out of WhineMOland. Besides .....whipping them eagles .....been there....done that.....still got thr T shirt. Lol

SC's stadium is one of the best atmospheres. Never been to the brickyard, but I'd say the hole is probably as loud. I'm always disappointed when I travel around different stadiums in the state and the atmosphere isn't what I'm used to.

 

Also, as impressive as the players in the video were.. I'd say if you look up Jalen Manning you'd be just as impressed. He is a powerful back. Good luck to SC from Dekalb.

Having been to both facilities, the Brickyard is BEAUTIFUL and such a phenomenal place to watch a game. The Hole is nice, but not like that.

FV lost to undefeated Giles Co and undefeated Cheatham, and gave up a handful of bad plays to Page and lost. If SC is thinking they got a good first round draw, they have already lost. The difference between FV speed and PC speed is athlete compared to fast kid. There is a massive difference in the football field.

 

I agree there is a difference between an athlete and a fast kid, but to come on here and state PC is just a bunch of fast kids and not athletic is one of the craziest post I have read.
