How good does Jasper little league and middle school compare to South Pittsburg?

The skillet slinger was the TNTBSUS (Trying Not To BE So Ugly Shop) aka Beauty shop and this here warrorette came strutting in gloating cause her son's team beat the Pirates for the first time ever.......................recon she was real proud. Truth is been boasting how some little Pirates had played with them this year. Ain't sure, but kinda don't think Jasper has faired so well at winning that bowl? them little fellers play for every year. So recon it ain't hard to see who needs help the most! Not sure, 10-11 pirates are the best of their bunch. I know Jasper's 8-9 and 6-7 are in thechampionship. Lots of athletes in those age groups. Seq probably has the best little league teams

Feller, Old Pirate says you need to wear a safety hat to help with skillets to the head. The feud last Friday has 0 to do with OP's post regarding the SC feeder program and some watchful eyes from the Eagle's Nest. Get over finding that rare bone!

Maybe this won't jinx them, but Seq's LL Juniors and Seniors are both undefeated and playing in the finals Saturday. Juniors vs Jasper, Seniors vs South Pittsburg. Seniors won 27-20 and 14-12 vs SP in the season so either could win Saturday. One of the Seniors' players ran for 2000+ yards and 28 touchdowns so far. He had 250 yards and 4 touchdowns last Saturday vs Jasper and had 350 yards against North Jackson. I believe one of their other good runners has been injured since about halfway through the season. Those 2 and several more have a lot of potential out of that group and should be moving on to middle school ball next year. All four of Seq's LL teams are in the finals.

      Richland plays at McKenzie on Wed.  Should be a good series.  Does Richland have good pitching?

      Congratulations to the Warrior baseball team winning the Region Championship.  Last night the football team beat Franklin Co 33-0 in their spring scrimmage. Warriors looked very good. Missing a few players who were playing baseball but still absolutely dominated. A lot of young ones got in halfway through the 3rd when the score reached 33-0. QB Tilton Pickett looked very sharp.  Sam Pickett is on another level this season. Seems to have put on 15 to 20 lbs in the off season and added a step as well. Transfer from last year Williamson caught numerous balls and is very elusive. Lots of athletes on this team. Defense was smothering and will only get better. The head coach from Sewanee was in attendance and offered 2 kids after the game. Could be a special year.
