Lots of rumors...not much truth. Multiple people have told me that they have heard that either/or Stroup & Browder are going to McNairy, and one (a teacher at MC), made comments that they understood that Browder had already taken the job...all false.

  Also rumors from Riverside that name a former baseball coach, and S Courtney as the new HC. Either of those could be true, but not official yet.

No one has been offered the job. My guess is the hire will not be made until January.  There have been coaches swap from one school to the other in the past. If Woodmore wants to move, he would be allowed to take the job.

Has Woodmore put in for the job yet? I was told that he put his name in the last couple of times and that he wasn't putting in for the job this time. Has anyone heard of any other names floating around? Kinda has went silent as of late.

This reminds a lot like the MLB offseason wih the lack off signees, especially from the outfield postition. Riverside or McNairy DO SOMETHING!! Bring some excitment back!!! This is a dead hiring process from both schools. CRICKETTS!!!

I do know there is truth to the comer rumors. Whether he goes to riverside is anyone's guess. Mcnairy needs to make a hire. If Mckenzie job is open mcnairy will not get the guy they want if Mckenzie wants the same guy. Mckenzie is the better job.

McKenzie already has Comer's replacement on the coaching staff. McKenzie guy with previous head coaching experience. Kelly Spivey who was head man at South Fulton a few years back.

So, is this just another job where the school is waiting for the guy they want to apply?  It will be a tough region for whoever comes in.

Rumors are going around about hiring Franks as head coach

This Franks guy has promised numerous players a starting positions for the support of their parents. One of them was my child, this type of atmosphere is unhealthy. I think its time to find a school that promotes a equal playing field for all children. Not getting a job on false promises. And I believe he has no current high school coaching experience. The parents will find more about this Coach and post accordingly.
