There are some good posters in the 1A East! Wouldn't trade any of you guys for anything the West has to offer, lol!

I hearing some in the west may put "yours truly" up on waivers. Maybe send out some feelers & trial baloons to see what's available over there, wondering if I can be be traded. Sho nuff! :)

Coalfield presents the stiffest challenge we have faced all year. Say what you want to about Hampton, Happy Valley, etc. This bunch of yeller jackets will be all sting! I hope our boys can keep it respectable. This is a great bunch of kids this year. On and off the field, I love them all.

91 you are correct this Coalfield team will be the best team you have faced.McKinney has came into his own as of late.CHS line play isn't great but adequate for a QB of his nature,the kid makes plays!I don't think CHS matches up well at all in this one.Lowe WILL NOT be shut down nor McKinney and that spells big trouble for the Landers.I love you guys up on the mtn no doubt but I am just keeping it real.Coalfield should win this game by no less that 21 points.I do fully expect the Landers to leave it all on the field and please understand this is not out of disrespect but Coalfield is a contender!!Good luck to the Landers I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THE UPSET OH WOULD I EVER!😊

I usually agree with your assessments OGNB but I am not buying that Coalfield is better than Hampton or Happy Valley and they definitely are not better than Knox Catholic.

I don't count Catholic!Geez that wasn't a real game come on.Catholic is the best team in the state!You may not agree with me and that is fine I can roll with that.Coalfield IN MY OPINION is better than either team in region 1 2A!I have watched some of all of you and I have no doubt if Coalfield was in that region they would be the top dog!

Not Hardly O&B. Happy Valley and Hampton would beat Coalfield.

We all have opinions that's for sure and we will never know because they don't square off.I would take Coalfield against any of those teams.None of you have played a team as good as Coalfield.If you all keep it with 14 of AE or even beat them then I can say I am totally wrong.You know I am not afraid too.Its playoff time and time to lay it on the line.Coalfield does that extremely well this time of year.

      Richland plays at McKenzie on Wed.  Should be a good series.  Does Richland have good pitching?

      Congratulations to the Warrior baseball team winning the Region Championship.  Last night the football team beat Franklin Co 33-0 in their spring scrimmage. Warriors looked very good. Missing a few players who were playing baseball but still absolutely dominated. A lot of young ones got in halfway through the 3rd when the score reached 33-0. QB Tilton Pickett looked very sharp.  Sam Pickett is on another level this season. Seems to have put on 15 to 20 lbs in the off season and added a step as well. Transfer from last year Williamson caught numerous balls and is very elusive. Lots of athletes on this team. Defense was smothering and will only get better. The head coach from Sewanee was in attendance and offered 2 kids after the game. Could be a special year.
