Marion returns 10 of 11 on d so i figure it will be tough sledding for the rockets. Also, you said they were scared last year. Why wouldnt they be this year with a younger line, several freshmen playing, just a much younger team overall? In my opinion, Forrest will need turnovers or a cheap scores such as special teams. First one to 21 wins.

I am unable to predict a score on this one because Marion County doesn't post videos on their sites for the general public. One has to look through their opponents' videos to see glimpses of the Warriors. Then you don't know if it's the starters or the 3rd team playing. Wise move by a savvy coaching staff.

just watch last year and imagine a little faster and stronger. different fb and qb.

6 miles huh. Didn't know Farmington had a team...let alone any fans.

Farmington? Recon what the heck you a talkin about Mr. Farmer?? South of the town of Jasper 6 miles would be South Pittsburg. Recon this Farmington town is about 6 hours away by car and two days by horse and wagon . Recon that would be just enough time to churn some butter...

May not have heard that air horn, but he sure heard that cannon a lot last year at Hampton

      Richland plays at McKenzie on Wed.  Should be a good series.  Does Richland have good pitching?

      Congratulations to the Warrior baseball team winning the Region Championship.  Last night the football team beat Franklin Co 33-0 in their spring scrimmage. Warriors looked very good. Missing a few players who were playing baseball but still absolutely dominated. A lot of young ones got in halfway through the 3rd when the score reached 33-0. QB Tilton Pickett looked very sharp.  Sam Pickett is on another level this season. Seems to have put on 15 to 20 lbs in the off season and added a step as well. Transfer from last year Williamson caught numerous balls and is very elusive. Lots of athletes on this team. Defense was smothering and will only get better. The head coach from Sewanee was in attendance and offered 2 kids after the game. Could be a special year.
