1A Championship Dresden verses Greenback

It won,t be me and it won,t be Dresdons players or coaches. They know who #6 is. Ole #8 is a pretty goodun himself. I,ve spotted a few more,they may not get the props but they are PLAYERS.

I think we are just gonna bring them all and see where we stand at the end of the day.I just hope we can play with a too notch team.

Just remember this I said before last years game I didn't know if could play witht them.I usually try to be honest even tho it may upset some of our own.The outcome is what I expected although I did expect us to PLAY a little better.

We match up just fine this year and we going to see what we can do.☺

I didn,t think you would win last week and boy was I wrong. You were the MUCH better team. I really don,t think you win this week either,that could be a good omen. Seems like every time I pick against you guys,you win. I may just be the good luck charm. lol

Yep and I had no clue. It was a mismatch from the get go. They were pretty good on offence but they got beat into submission.

Did Roberts get in trouble by coaches for his actions before the game at South Pitt? I know as a high school football fan, his actions have no place in this game we all love. That had to be embarrassing for Greenback fans.

I told you boys all season that we were improved, but weren't there yet. I knew we had a shot vs Greenback if we could get some stops, but we couldn't get them stopped enough. I loved our win over Marion County, but I'm still scratching my head over how we got them stopped as much as we did that night and put up 24 points on their defense. We played our best game of the year that's for sure. I would trade that win for one last Friday though.

Well... just saw THIS on FB site for Region 7>>> **NOTICE** If going to football game in Cookeville on Friday, parking costs $10, tickets $12, our Region 7 Dresden Lions' game starts at 11a.m. Policy on noisemakers are: normal, regular noisemakers ARE allowed (cowbells, beans in bottles, plastic megaphones, homemade things, etc) are all fine! But what is NOT allowed are those train horns (like Friendship Christian used), whistles (like officials use), electric/battery power trigger-style megaphone (that have sirens, whistles, voice amplifications, etc, like lifeguards, police, crowd control uses), canned airhorn/ whistle, all these not allowed. So if you go and want to be part of the 12th MAN, THEN LETS MAKE SOME NOISE! Good luck Dresden. Bring home another Gold Ball to the West & Region 7, the Home of Champions! ... well, so there we go!

well it's obvious that you was not at the game or your just blind one. It was the SP players that was a hollering and jumping all around before the game.
