Greenfield blows out Clarksburg. Think Dresden wins in a close game at home. Huntingdon beats UC by a comfortable margin. Peabody beats Gleason to avenge the region quarters loss from last year.

Definitely one of the most evenly matched Regions in the state.  Any one of 6 teams could win the whole thing.  I don't think Union City nor Clarksburg have the horses to get out of the quarters.

I got Greenfield, Dresden, Huntingdon and Peabody. with Huntingdon playing Dresden for the championship.  Hard to beat a team 4 times, so I go with Dresden in the finals in a close one.  Hoping to make it over for the semis.  Where are they playing them?

I have Greenfield, Gibson County, Gleason, and Huntingdon. GC lost by 1 to Dresden early in the year missing a shot at the buzzer to win it. We played them this summer at Bethel and we lost by 1 and we missed the front end of a 1 and 1 with 1 second left and lost. I think Justice White in the paint will be the difference. Dresden penetrates and shoots threes but I think our low post is significantly better and this game could come down to defense and in the paint scoring. Gleason and Peabody will be a tough one but I am going with Gleason. Dresden and Peabody are both very good teams and could make me go 0-2 but they are my picks.

Like Peabody in a close one, Peabodys's defense gives them the edge in my opinion. Wouldn't be surprised if UC gives Huntingdon some problems, GC could give Dresden some problems also, but their offense has to really be clicking to do that.

I think Union City pulls off the upset.... as long as they can keep Jesica Keith in check in the post. Guard wise, I think Union city has the advantage and I think a good press will give Huntingdon some fits. I'm taking Union City in a close one...

Union City definitely has the advantage when it comes to guard play, but their posts are freshmen. I don't know if the youngsters can deal with Keith. Now,if UC can push Huntingdon's guards left all night,especially when pressing, then the upset becomes reality ! I don't think any other single A regional tournament can honestly say that every game is pretty much 50/50.
