Didn't get a game there were only 2 options and both declined. I heard we might have an inter squad scrimmage.

I wish they would allow a 5th place team from one of the other regions to take the spot. The 5th place team with the best record out of regions 2-4 since region 1 only has 4 teams and one of them happens to be the one suspended. It would be good for a program that may just miss or a program that possibly hasn't been in a while.

The 5th place team in any region in 1A football this year would get mercy ruled in the 1st qtr not by just Greenback, but any one of the top teams in any of the 8 regions. 1A football is very top heavy with the bottom being very bad. All that being said we would take a game just to get the gate we are missing and at least 1 qtr of real game simulation.

I can't disagree with you. Greenback is losing out on 2 gates this season with Oakdale I believe and round 1 of the playoffs. It may be a mercy rule game, but those kids would love at least having the chance to play.

Thank you,these Srs are losing two opportunitus for their families to get to see them play.Gates are also important but they have waited their whole career for this Sr year.

That Childress man had yall in Region 1 but you petitioned the Association and got moved to Region 2.  Maybe next time yall will stay put then you wouldn't have all these open dates.

The  TSSAA should just take the top 16 teams in the west/east and seed them. Its playoff football if you have to travel so be it.Yes they need to bring a team out of region 2 to region 1.
