So why is Memphis east not gonna be good with all that talent and the kids that’s came in from freedom prep ?? Sounded like the other day they had 5 D1 kids leaving to go to Ravenwood but apparently not so anymore.

Gordonsville returns all the starting line but one. The skill positions were depleted due to graduation, and we will start a freshman at QB. So, until I see some scrimmages, I'm holding off on saying we'll be much improved.

As far as other teams in Region 4, I look for Clay Co. and Monterey to make big jumps this year. They both return a load of good players.

The kids that transferred from Freedom Prep are at Memphis Central.

Memphis East won the 4A gold ball just a few short years ago but apparently have fallen badly.  They still could pull in more enrollment with talent this year and next without any possibility of having to move up from 1A.

The Freedom Prep kids aren’t enrolling at Ravenwood now? Did they go back to Memphis? Naturally, if they go back to Freedom Prep, they will be one of the better teams out west.
