Its sold out on our end for what it's worth. Jewell field will be rocking tomorrow night.

We are down to 30 tickets left of our allotment.

How about Big Poppa?

If it was me I’d put 28 or 7 at Fullback in the wingt.

That would probably be the Frame kid.  He is electric every time he touches it.  Kelly is a great back, but not like frame.

Frame has that quick step with the stop and go acceleration.  I’ve said this for over a year, Kelley needs to be the premier back in a power I formation.  He is more of a downhill runner and less of a scat back like Frame.

I was thinking 28 or 7 for sure. Might keep 28 as WR because he's a mismatch for most DB's.

I'm thinking #20 imo the toughest player on the field. He plays the game like it suppose to be played. He has motor and a mean streak.

And I totally agree with that.  I think we have several that can do it given the opportunity.  Tomorrow night we better have some hosses in there or we will get embarrassed.

This game will really tell where we are and get us to where we want to be. Win win situation. Probably help meigs same way

No doubt about it. Both teams will benefit heavily from this game. The only way it doesn't help either is if someone gets hurt.

Now let me go find some wood to knock on.

I would not play Kelly a down until the playoffs. Let him get 100 percent. I still say this game comes down to the passing attack. SP has several weapons in the receiving corps. Where I am concerned  is the secondary. I think we are undersized and that presents matchup problems. Meigs, like us, will run it more than throw but we have to be able to cover their guys when they do. Horton said it best, if we want to win, Sanders is going to have to play his tail off. A lot of people don't know how fast he is and how well he can run. Meigs will key on Frame and take him away. I also look for our kicker to make a difference in this game. I have a question for you SP alums that know the stat book...has SP ever kicked 2 Fg in a game? May possibly see it at some point over the next 4 years. Look for a great atmosphere tomorrow night. Go Pirates!

I've seen every game Meigs has played on film.  If we play our game and  not make stupid mistakes I like our chances a whole lot.

    • Yeah, but if he goes to Science Hill they are guaranteed at least a win over Kingsport and that's basically the NET Superbowl
    • I expect Sevier County might be pretty good, perhaps Mo West as well.     But I don't see either of them getting out of round 2.          The rest of the region gets smoked in round 1.            Except for those once-in-a-blue-moon anomaly years the NET big schools are pretty much the same every season.
    • Wanted to see if all of you would lift up Kyle James family in prayer. Kyle was one of the best wrestlers to ever come out of Soddy Daisy and as some of you know he lost his house a few weeks ago and now his family and friends mourns his passing. Not sure if any of you were around in early 2000’s when Kyle was wrestling at Soddy, but he was a 3 time state champ and a Fargo AA along with going to Colorado to train to make the Olympic team. That goal was never reached due to medical issues, but he was an amazing wrestler and his family is as good as gold. If you were around at that time and have any pictures of Kyle, please go onto Alexy Winesburgh FB page and post. Thanks, Doug Benton
    • My opinion the 8 teams will be-  Greenback, Wartburg, Gordonsville, Jo Byrns, Eagleville, Bruceton, Dresden, and South Fulton. Gordonsviile is probably the favorite but I wont say it will be an easy road. With the right draw any of the 8 could win it.
    • I understand Gibson Co. will be announced tomorrow with a familiar name. Not sure about So. Gibson.
