From a Sumner Wilson county perspective

Mt Juliet- Happy, in a region with Hillsboro but other than that not too bad, opposite region is weak

Wilson Central- Happy, same as MJ

Lebanon- unhappy, in a region with Coffee County, Cookeville, Shelbyville, and Warren County. Travel budget just tripled, opposite of RUCO in the playoffs, good luck

Beech, Gallatin, Hville- happy, other than a couple of trips to Clarksville not too bad. Opposite region other than Cane Ridge is weak.

Williamson County- threw this one in. Maybe best region in the state in 6-A based on this year. Downside is being paired with Shelby County in the playoffs. Nothing like a 200 mile trip in the first round and possibly 2nd round.

There has to be a party going on in Manchester and McMinnville today. For Coffee and Warren to get away from the RuCo schools is like Christmas.

Lebanon is opposite of RuCo now and likely will always be that way because if their proximity to them. Their chances of doing well enough in the region where they don't face Oakland in the first round just went up significantly.

While it won't be fun if your a 7-6A team making a trip to 8-6A, I'm glad common sense prevailed and the TSSAA combined all those schools into one region

Comparing TSSAA regions to what Kreager posted in 6A is way off base.  Goes to show, you never know what to expect from TSSAA and the rest of us know nothing and can only speculate.  Looking at it, I would think, Cookeville, Dickson County, Coffee County and Warren County are all getting together and having a bonfire party.
