It has been insinuated that they have been given a mansion and cars from your neck of the woods. “Rent” is generally what people do unless they buy a house. Haven’t you heard though? I have 14 units off Hwy 41 coming available this spring just so Jasper will have to watch the 14 new recruits driving by Jasper High everyday on their way to South Pittsburg.

Good for you man, keep doing what you do:roll:, makes no difference to me.  dont have to be a mansion, those on 41 sure aren't, but you have improved them 100%.  If you get some sets of twins it could be 20 instead of 14.....lol.  not sure it is just my neck but pretty much anyone who knows pirate football.

You coming to the game?  Btw, from what I’ve been hearing, some of the high school coaches up your way have been putting in extra work getting those young boys to play for the little league and middle school.  Sometimes that’s all it takes is getting some great young coaches on the staff and kids will flock to them.  Or get encouraged either way.

They look like some bulldozers up front from what I found online of that Oz game.

Eh. I think they will struggle. They haven't faced a team as big or fast as us. Coach Henry gets all he can out of his boys though so we have to be prepared.  Roy should be proud bc I saw our boys flipping tractor tires and chasing chickens at the practice field today. We will be real strong and fast Friday.

    • Good ole Bradley Zulliger. He was a really good QB @ OR. Fun to watch.  Wore #15 and was like a mini Tebow, with the exception of being right handed. He could take a pounding and keep on ticking. Played with a collapsed lung against Powell that year. Tough as nails.
    • They should be pretty good in year two for Rang.  Replacing most of the offensive production losing Dozier, Hayward and Rembert , but they're are skill kids in place ready for their shot.  I know I say this every year, but the o line should show improvement after two years in Rang and Kevin Day's weight program.  I still would favor West over Plow and OR come November.  The Rebs will have to grow up a bunch between now and then, and will probably take some lumps along the way with that schedule.  But I predict come playoff time they will be ready.   One of their coaches half joked to me that they could go 5-5 regular season and win the state championship.  Ha ha.
    • there will be a couple of teams, that could make some noise
    • Dyersburg may win back to back to back championships. They are going to be hands down the best 3A team. Plus their District/region/sectionals are not very good. They basically just have to make it to region out of a 5 team district that has a few decent teams. South Gibson will be okay but they graduate their best player and there is nobody in the region 7 or region 8 who is going to compete with them.
    • I remember very well watching things change in the late 80's and yes it's all schools. Most people that are in charge today have any idea because they were raised and taught under this social experiment so they don't have a clue. Anyone that does see the truth for what it is usually try and hide it by blending in so that the School Gestapo doesn't round them up and take them to the Fuhrer ( kindly putting it ). Yes it is all schools not just Maryville. This train ride is not headed in a good direction and if the public had seen a movie of what's happening now back in 1980 everyone would have been headed home afterwards to change underware.
