Lol we don’t have to prove anything by winning state this year. Whatever happens it’s been a great year with 12 wins. Waverly is the one that has to prove themselves against the tide. Js

Lol,your a dork and a vester! Never a idiot ! I g I still consider you region 7 brethren !!! I guess it's cause I know you better than most on here but you never run me the wrong way ! I love bush shakers,some go to far though ! I have been guilty of it myself ,I am trying to be all the Peabody Pride I can be in heart and soul and not just sheer mass these days mwahahahahahahaha

Waverly hasn’t faced a team of this caliber all year. For Waverly to keep it close  passing accuracy has to improve and early game play calling/ reads must improve. If you go in this game 1 dimensional you’re in big trouble. Peabody must not overlook the Tigers. They are a hard nosed football team and when all cylinders are clicking they are dangerous. I think the Tigers are going to keep it closer than a lot are predicting. This game will be a low scoring affair. Pray for no serious injuries and a clean game. Thanksgiving practice is a great thing.

We are lol I’m always afraid we will go easy on them and get beat because of the friendships and ties there.

      RR, you might remember. Didn’t someone hide the kicking shoe that game? It seems I remember we had missed a kick the week before, and we needed all the points we could get. We thought we had a better chance going for two, so $?&@$ hid the shoe after the first miss that game. No one on our sideline looked for it very hard.

      I will never forget the 1983 Heritage vs Maryville game. I remember driving home and listening to WGAP. Can't remember the announcers name. He asked Coach Story why he kept going for 2? Story told him " Why didn't you ask Renfro that last year"

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
