Public info but it is customary to keep kids off limit on here even if It public records. He is doing good and getting adjusted to life without ball. You are so right. They threw the ball pretty well against us. They scored one TD on a trick play and another late when the game was over (cant remember if starters were in or not for MC). Their QB was one of the best players we played this year, better than the South Greene QB who is a Mr. Football finalist. We change regions next year so I expect Hampton to be in the semis. Everyone is sleeping on York. They’re young and their new coach was making big improvements by the end of this year. They might have a say in quad 1. That’s if their coach hangs around, he is the 3rd in 3 years I believe.

Either way, we'd have to get by Oneida. That's never a given and a year is LONG time off. Who knows, may not have football, or even a country by then

As for us we could be really good but unless we make a change offensively we’ll get more of what we got last year. Not taking anything away from y’all. You were the better team that night and deserved the win. But I believe it’s obvious to anyone that knows a little football how much unrecognized potential we had. That’s our fault but still very frustrating. Sorry to the Peabody and Meigs faithful for hijacking your thread. Rather talk football honestly. Off the subject anyone know what happened to Maryville? They just got beat by a better team. Oakland's rb might end up being a 5 star recruit. Their WR is a 4 star guy himself I think. Their backup RB would start at 90% of schools in Tennessee. Their QB can sling it. Line isn't overly gigantic but they have good size and get nasty. Defense is very fast and swarms. Maryville didn't have much of a chance. Personally I was shocked watching them beat Alcoa.

REBELRON
I am pulling for Meigs County to get it done. A coworker is a Meigs County graduate. She is excited about the upcoming game.

Ofcourse my viewpoint is from knowing Maryville is a top 3 team year in and year out. Oakland should cruise.
