That same official mustve been in Byrdstown two weeks ago when they played Monterey,  took our #2 scorer and best rebounder out of the game for an 'intentional" trip.

Okay, Like that’s the first time he has ever been given a technical foul or intentional foul. If you don’t put yourself in the bully role, you won’t get those calls. But the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree watching and listening to his parents in the stands during a game.

Not even close to the same official. This official wanted the game to be about him instead of the kids. He called more technicals (3) than he did fouls through 3 quarters. He was horrible. The foul called at Pickett was by a young ref that seemed overwhelmed by the situation. Monterey should’ve been hit with an intentional and that’s it. He should’ve got to keep playing. That was inexperience not ego like at the state.

MAHS hasn't bent any rules...yall to funny..everyone cheats if they from Memphis..that narrative is old and demeaning to the kids who are there from Memphis...I guess Memphis don't work hard as the rural counties smh...Coach Watkins lost a son last yr..Im happy as ever for him..he deserves this

Both teams better hit the free ones today! If Clay can take care of the ball while getting easy points against the press and defend the paint better than they did yesterday I believe they can win by 10.

All we can do is hope and pray the officiating is better today than it has been! 
 

If not hopefully it will be at least more consistent for the players sake!
