I personally believe our dbs this year is better than what you saw in 19. Just my personal opinion. Does that mean we can survive a 5star quarterback? Probably not lol but we aren't bad at that position by any means.

It’s not been that many years ago. Meigs hasn’t been world beaters until 4 years ago. Pipeline started.

With #7 healthy at QB absolutely. With him out or unable to run then they're one dimensional and may struggle in round 2.

They are very good. In every phase of the game. Spectacular on offense even. Also well disciplined with a special teams kicking field goals as fast as Simpson throws TDs. They pile up points QUICKLY. That’s exactly what Meigs has. They run the ball well and are hard to bring down. The defense is very physical. If both teams make it that far I think it would be a great game. Meigs would have to control the clock which they can do.

Most of our defense is back 8 players I believe it was. Return our qb who is a dual threat and return most of our receivers. Breaking in a few faces at offensive line and using a few we already had to tote the rock.

Looks like a tough chore to me Blazer, you guys worry me. We'll just give it our best and see what happens. Either way it should help prepare us for the playoffs. I pull for you guys every week, like the way your coach does things. He does a GREAT job and the kids play hard and clean. My kind of football.

I actually meant underclassmen getting their first start, But thank you. I forgot what 3rd or 4th in the region sounded like.

If Meigs can do what Peabody did I will be shocked. I don’t see that happening.

For sure, we had one kid in the hospital and had a ROUGH time, we  were really worried, Thank God he recovered and is finally back on the team. Still may be a while before he can play ,but were really happy to have him back on the sidelines. Kid worked his rear off all summer and was looking to have a big year, oh, well at least he,s alive.

      20 but had 5-6 not dressed every game. It went down towards the end due to injuries and obviously only 15 got to dress for the state tournament. Then, they only lost 2 from this year and gain 8 from the middle school for next year

      As somebody mentioned before, this is going to result in a massive lawsuit, can you imagine professional "educators" actually having the conversation about getting "the bad kids" out of the high school?  And the head coach asking directly to change grades, gets turned down, comes back again and gets it approved?  This is unbelievable.  In addition to the lawsuit, the state Department of Education is going to come down extremely hard on this.  WYSH is on the war path.  There could be dozens more lose their jobs by the time this is over.  And yeah the real shame is the kids being affected that literally had nothing to do with this and actually worked hard to earn their grades.

      I've heard Powell from someone who talked to him. I saw the kid two days ago and I should of pulled over and talked with him and wished him well where ever he goes. It will be a ale of a loss for us because I don't believe we have anyone in the stable good as him from what I seen in the spring.

      I would have to think that the firing of the 2 teachers is just the beginning of future moves.  If not, it is woefully short.  If the AC school board thinks that the damage is just limited to Clinton, they are sadly mistaken.  Any outsider would view the whole school system as suspect, and rightly so.

      Yeah. AC brass walked in to the building at Clinton and suggested that the principal start changing grades.  Honesty, the notion that anybody at AC was involved is just idiocy.  The ones who are hurt most are the kids who weren't involved in the cheating, but still are being penalized by college admission decisions and scholarship consideration simply because they went to a school that was involved in such a scandal.
