What’s the criteria I guess is my question. I do agree though, I feel like something with DB and OL just go together. Christian was a fantastic OL coach, maybe one of the best around and now seems that Hayworth is doing a pretty good job since he was brought on. Basically "good ole boys" is the hiring of your friends. Being a friend is the leading criteria, experience and coaching ability is second. Could be a former player or a coach from another school. Sometimes it works out, sometimes it don't. When it don't work out it's a lot harder to make a change. Because the guy is your friend. I know that most coaches on all coaching staffs become friends but I'm talking about something that is above that. When you hire someone because their a friend it's sorta like hiring a family member. If you have to fire a family member it's gonna' cause problems in the family.

May be a stretch yes, but some work out and some don't. My whole point is if they don't work out it's harder to let them go. Right now there is a former player that was hired with no real coaching qualifications and he's killing it. Another former player with coaching qualifications is bombing. Not Culver’s! Aubrey's Maryville is nice and not too far from the stadium. 909 W Lamar Alexander Pkwy, Maryville, TN 37801 Bluetick Tavern is pretty good. The building is a really cool old building in downtown. It's even closer to the stadium. 128 W Broadway Ave, Maryville, TN 37801 I like Full Service BBQ. It's in an old gas station on the other side of downtown Maryville (made famous in 4th and Forever). It does not have a dining room. So it's either drive thru or eat under the patio. 113 S Washington St, Maryville, TN 37804 Lemongrass is good. It's across the road from Aubrey's. 912 W Lamar Alexander Pkwy, Maryville, TN 37801. Anaba is good. 1837 W Broadway Ave, Maryville, TN 37801

I'd say that's also around what most people figure on betting odds this week, simply because Maryville doesn't turn it's horses loose a lot of times when they are the obviously better team . Maybe they'd be better off dressing out their band?

Baked beans are awesome. 1
