The thing I love about us is ,we usually get the most outta what we got, this is small town rural football at its finest, rarely do we ever have a kid that can play at the college level but they work their rears off, coaches and players.

Few fans of other teams even understand that...And dang! Did Crumley lay some blocks Saturday!

Got a ton of bodies to replace, be interesting to see what we can accomplish next season.

Yes, a lot to replace and develop. Still have some strength on the line and blocking. I think secondary can be stronger and next QB is a player. May not have the power run, busting thru multi players and drag people along, but he's an athlete with speed a very good arm. It'll all come down to leadership

Shoot we may pass to set up the run, would be a 1st but that may be our strength. Sounds crazy.

I think #9 will be able to tote the rock just fine to open up the passing game...He'll just have more carries per game than we've seen a single back have in a couple years. #15 could be a game changer out of the backfield too. Don't think we'll see us passing 30 times a game but #18 will need to have a major impact. There's a lot to look forward to IF they put in the work and put on size and IF they learned from the examples of the crew going out

    • also was told coady auston applied, he served as defensive coordinator for greenfield under don pitt several years ago before going to Obion county
    • TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
    • stop it, rlh. you’re gonna get me all misty eyed and sentimental.    i see seven fairly regularly. ….but slim shady, that’s like spotting bigfoot on main street. you just hope he doesn’t spot you.
