Exactly my point. I’d be curious what the point differential would be when looking at each teams margin of victory against one another.

No extra motivation needed when you face the team that ended your season at your house last year.

South Pitt should have had this one circled since last year. Gordonsville shut down South Pitts passing attack last year. This is a different South Pitt team though. Looks like they figured out how to run the ball again this year. If the Gordonsville team that played Smith County to a 6 point loss shows up this one will be tight. Gordonsville hasn’t seen WRs like South Pitt has though. 2 & 11 are best 1/2 punch in 1A. This one is closer than some think. For a half anyways. I’m just keeping it real

I'll have to look later to confirm, but I think SP holds a 13-7 advantage overall. 12-6 in the playoffs.

You’re correct on this. 2 regular season matchups back in ‘79 and ‘80

No, Gordonsville got us in the second round to set up a rematch with Celina. Celina got them for the second time on the way to the championship game.

No, it was Gordnecksville, 14 - 7.
