York has 9 penalties for 111 and ER has 9 for 94. It is not a lopsided penalty game.

I watched a couple of their games on NFHS and could tell that very quickly, ER would have to have a very awful game for York to have a chance to win...

are we watching the same game?  The ER players dwarf the York players.  The penalties are about even
