Tonight is the exact reason Cummings could never beat Maryville when he was at West High and why he'll never beat them at Cleveland. He plays his starters right to the last play trying to pad stats or risking getting one of his good kids hurt when the game is meaningless.

There wont be any lack of motivation to get pumped up for this game from either team. It feels strange going into this game without any region implications, but don't fool yourself. This game means just as much as any region game to the kids, coaches and fans of both of these teams Gallatin has bounced back admirably since the Mt Juliet game. I was concerned that game would derail the season even though MJ has beat the brakes off everyone they have played. I am very impressed with the adjustments the coaching staff has made throughout this season. Gallatin's defense is special this season and I expect they will be turned all the way up tonight. I very much enjoyed reading the H-ville insight of this thread as i have not seen them play this year. Just looking at the Commando schedule and their success vs opponents thus far, they are a hard team to peg. A couple of impressive wins and one or two losses that are head scratchers. Should be a great game tonight and the gate, as always, shouldnt disappoint the home team.

Anybody that don’t give WC and there coaches and even there fans any respect is a idiot. They play hard and I wish we had there coach. I respect them and Milan about the same. They play hard and fair and most of the time it’s a good game regardless of records.

Little chance the murvil team remembers the 93 game. The current head coach had likely just started elementary school. MURVIL IS THE WINNING TEAM! CLEVELAND IS THE LOSING TEAM! LOTS OF FLAGS FROM THE REFEREES! 42-21 IS THE SCOREBOARD! Lets hope for an injury free game.

I heard through the grapevine that the 8th grade score was 62-6. Sounds to me that the cupboard is full, storm cellar is stocked and heard Lake Forest/Bradley parents saying Cleveland only has 22 good players.

MJ threads are like car wrecks, you don't want to look but you do just to see how bad it is... Obviously MJ is a really good team, but you guys seem to be amazed at the "haters". I guarantee the hate is not for the real team (players & coaches) but the posters that attempt to belittle other schools like PC via names like "little brother", etc. I think it's sad because true fans of a team act as representatives of that team and the young men on MJ don't deserve people hoping they loose because the representatives act like fools on a message board. They deserve respect for what they have accomplished. And yes, if you respond to fools with foolishness you look the same. Be excited, be proud, and sit back waiting to show Coach T (the website) that this team will win more than 1 or 0 zero playoff games unlike the last four years. Or, continue to turn every MJ thread into a Jerry Springer show. Each approach has it's proponents, but I believe only one will make readers new MJ fans.

If he has the time to throw it. Our secondary is not near as good as last year. Our defensive line however, is just as good if not better than last season. Shelbyville threw for over 400 yards on us but rushed for -18 and got blown out. Passing alone won't beat MC.

Hey,Hey,Hey rec ball is over your child is no longer guaranteed to play. If you look closely there is only a small percentage of cleveland middle kids on the team some of them play and some don't. Do you think they shouldn't be allowed to come to Bradley because they will compete with your child? Floyds job is to win football games and build a program, with that you also draw talent. If your child played every snap and they lost every game then what then would you be happy with that? Not that it would be your child's fault, but I believe floyd and his staff play the best 11 that's how he provides for his family. So, one of Walker Valleys better players is a Bradley transfer he's playing in front of someones child that started out at WV should their parents be on here crying and trying to run the coach into the ground. If you have a problem with the coach be an adult and go meet with him, but as long as a program is winning kids from all over are going to want to be part of it.
