There are enough good players to have a {1a/2a/3a/small private} game and also another {4a/5a/large private} game.

 

Jordan from Bruceton rushed for how many yards and td's? Not on the list.

 

I think 2 games instead of one - like a double header - and played in middle TN.

That would be the hot setup.

It's funny how arguably the best players in the state are not on either roster: Sonny Gray, Chris Jordan, Preston Bailey, Ben Bartholomew, Curt Phillips. And I heard Sonny declined his invitation to play in it but still the fact is he and many others are not there.

 

Lots of great players are asked to participate and choose not to. They do not want to risk an injury and jeopardize their college careers in a fairly meaningless game.

Trust me if the T$$AA thought they could make money off of it they would!

 

I think one year at CN the next at a place like Vandy. Then at UT then back west. I wish it were played on grass though. Injury comes from fake grass at a higher rate in my opinion.

i know its already been said.. but why not middle TN?????? hope to make the hmmm 5-6 hr drive. ok, got that out of the way. ive seen seward/garrett excel at hillsboro and im excited to see how they perform against the best, in addition to various players i havent seen before.

 

now.. to feed my imagination: if chris jordan, preston bailey, and ben bartholmew were playing, what a rushing attack! 1-2 punch with CJ and Seward behind Bartholomew at FB with Preston Bailey leading the way.. WOW! aaron douglass is playing.. disappointed his fellow UT commits at MBA declined.

You weren't kidding when you say Millington gets no respect.

 

Several players on the team told me that Knowlton was the fastest football player they've ever seen and that Simpson was a faster version of Chris Jordan. All in all, they said that Millington was "the fastest team on the planet."

Don't know about most, but a quick look at the East roster has 12-15 kids with written D1 offers. Pretty sure that # will go up during the contact period, and as the high profile kids commit/fall of the various boards, and All Star practice(s)/games get started. West has a few less, but that too will change. Look for MAC schools to swoop in soon, along with Big East, and Big 12. ACC/SEC pretty much done in TN, with exception of those schools with coaching changes.
