lets go back to second grade kid. Stop talking about class cause i was on the field and a few of maplewood's players showed none. Most did. They faught their hearts out. All they wanted was to win that game. I wish simpson would have been healthy cause i would have liked to see him at 100%. He impressed me at 75%.

 

I still think maplewood should have a movie deal. 2 straight 0-10 seasons then a state championship run, only to get beat by the giant. Reminds be of Friday Night Lights a little. I am glad that school and team is headed in the right direction.

I've read my fair-share on racism and such in America as well. Conclusion - it's only used when all else fails as a trump card. And IMO, until one race quits blaming the other for it and instead works together towards improvement....it's just going to stay the same.

Too bad boski went on break. I read a nice article in the last Saturday morning's Tennessean about how Maplewood had improved their academic performance over the past few years. I applaud them for finding ways to keep more kids in school and graduating high school. Too bad boski wasn't one of those who stuck it out. I wished he wouldn't be a hater because we showed him the truth (the scoreboard). Anyway, I like garbage just as long as it's GOLD instead of silver.

You are making a fool of yourself. Just accept that your team lost. I bet that the Maplewood coach and his players arent making excuses. I bet they will work hard and get better. I was impressed with the Maplewood team. They were big,physical and fast.

 

When Maryville lost to MOWest in 2003 Me,pepvol,insider,STARSNBARS,mhs and a whole bunch of other Maryville posters didn't accuse MOWest of cheating or playing dirty. We congratulated them on their win.MOWest won the game fair and square.
