Easy ther Smtnfan. The Ole' MountainTroll don't want to stir these fellers up too much.

These fellers from the Creekbank and that Butchie Hoser been doin' this for awhile now.

Least ways alot longer than me. 8-)

I don't care too much for steppin' in a Yellow Jacket hole! And the Mountain Troll has seen them Rebel boys shoot and eat eagles. I know it ain't legal, but them boys don't care. :roflolk:

The Troll was hope'n to throw a few back with them fellers, and I don't want to do it after a severe whoopin'. Less'n of course it'd been our boys doin' the whoopin'. :roflol:

TC wins in a no contest....I do not think they will have a tough game remaining in the regular season...They should focus on getting better every week and prepare for them Eagles on down the road...Cause more than likely...A matchup is coming...I wanna know if anyone for TC has stepped up to fill the big shoes of Tacola Seay...That boy was a ball player...plain and simple!

42-0 just because Creasey will call the dogs off after the first half quarter three drives.

I am just glad the boys can ease back into a game after a week off. Also, I read in the other thread that the JV lost to Father Ryan??????? Creasey lost to a TN team????? Next thing you know he'll only beat RBS by 50 and then there will be trouble.

A huge hug of thanks to Butchie's dad and to Grunt for their service to our country. I was a kid during the "conflict" and had nightmares about it, can only imagine what it was like living it. No, wait, I can't begin to imagine .. but thank you from the bottom of my "Blue" heart !!!

    • I have no affiliation with Maryville anymore outside of being a 2nd generation graduate from a large family of Rebel alumni. That relationship ended courtesy of the lame duck AD (a Bearden grad I might add) and the HBIC. That said, I could care less if a private school comes through and offers every promising athlete out of that school or any other school better opportunities.
    • A perfect example is for athletes at Clinton High School. I will completely understand, and hopefully everyone should understand why they want to, and as of right now, it looks like that’s going to happen in numbers over the summer.
    • I mean, that’s easy to say when it hasn’t happened to your school that often, if at all, but yeah, I think everybody should be for the student athlete or player. Whatever they think will help them or their athletic career, I feel like they should be able to do that, even if that means transferring schools. Now I don’t really get that when you have almost every offer you could want and then jump ship, but what can I say? I guess money talks.
    • I for one am all for it.
    • Covid killed the city because they chose not to play football in the 2020 season. Therefore, kids weren't able to practice and develop, and continuing to lift weights. Memphis basically had 7/8 graders, skipping a year, then playing 9/10 high school football. Now, there's only one team that has made a "dent" which will be Southwind (made it to the 5A semifinals last year).  If you want to go more suburbs, then it'll be Houston, which won the 6A state title, defeating Oakland Other than that, I agree.
