And thats the truth as far as he can sling it...private school kids are some of the worst i've ever met...with a few good ones sprinkled in.

Since when would you pass up a free tuition to go to ensworth and START for them? And my son started for the bears. It was going just fine. More of a scholastic move. Since mj can't send it's best players to college and has to get other coaches to do so. When was the last d1 player mj sent out?

 

When you refuse to do recruiting for your kids bc of how their haircut is or because it's not your job, I refuse to respect you as a coach. I'm sure contrez and Hopkins would agree with me.

 

My son is doing just well. I'll send a picture of out state ring at the end of the year.

Haircut? I thought that kid should have graduated by now. How old are them Ensworth kids? J.K.  I have wondered why some of the talent we've had the past few years hasn't been able to get an offer to D-1 schools. If what you mentioned is true than I have lost a lot of respect toward Coach R.P. If not, then what is going on with this? I know alot of getting noticed happens with parents spending alot of money at camps. A coach should also help these kids with recruiting. Hopkins has D-1 ability and ends up at Cumberland. A very good O-lineman from a couple years ago gets an offer from TN Tech. I'm not even sure where McCathern is? Last that I saw he was a cashier at Krogers. And no I didn't go through his line or talk to him about his future plans.The last D-1 is Brady Earnhardt to Army isn't it? WCP, why not come out earlier on and explain this instead of looking like a butt for so long. If what you're stating is true than I can understand the bitterness towards coach R.P.and any others coaches that might have refused to help.

McCathern is a walk on at Kansas, and Hopkins is at Cumberland as a red shirt. Its just a lot tougher when you move to the college level.

McCathern and Hopkins deserved better. They are legit D-1 players.
