I completely disagree, I watched the film also and the team that I watched was not liking the physical part!! They would not have beat GHS let alone UC or Covington!!

I was very happy for Covington having the season they put together. My mother lives there and I pull for them. Huntingdon beat Covington like a drum by 5 or 6 TDs before the season started. Yes, Cornersville beat Huntingdon. I can’t take that away from those boys.

Union city and greenback would have beat Huntington like a drum. And i think we all found out waverly wasn't what we thought they where when Huntington squeaked out the win against them.

Good post.GB and South Pitt were the two best 1A teams.

Since tssaa split everyone up, the strength has come back to the east IMO!! The west this year as a whole is nothing compared to what it has been in the past several years!!

Everybody had the same chances as GB and cornersville to play for the state title. If your team didn't make it   then your not the top two teams.  That's their  fault. I understand thinking your team was better than one of the teams that played for the title. But your team  didn't win to get there so get over it

Believe me I'm not one of those that said the State title was played a certain time other than the day it was supposed to be.BUT the two best teams from each side made it but the two best teams in 1A played that Thursday night.
