Non-region game. 2 of the most storied programs in West Tennessee. Huntingdon considers Milan its biggest rival. 1A Huntingdon comes in 5-0. 3A Milan comes in at 2-3. Throw the records out the window and expect an all out war. I expect this to be Huntingdon's toughest game until Cornersville rolls into town the 3rd round of the playoffs

Milan lost to a good Covington team last night. Huntingdon is as good as Covington so the dogs may have a problem. Mustang defense gave up some rushing yardage last night to McEwen who had a pretty effective offense. Offensively the Stangs hitting on all cylinders scoring quick and often. Always fun to play Milan should be a great game and a great crowd.

Every single senior in the program mentioned 1 team they want to beat the most this year. Any guesses....? They are Bulldogs but not the ones from Milan

Think you guys win it all. Last year was a fluke IMO. You were my pick to win it last year also. Think injuries was the  culprit

Well time for me to get on here and face the music from all my Huntingdung homegirls. Yeah you will probably win this game. You are bigger, faster and uglier. Some of you even have full grown beards (and most of your teeth) and that’s just the cheer leaders. Our offense is vastly different than what you are used to. Our defense is offensive. Absolutely horrible. This team is very young but very talented. Get it while you can. Watch a young man named Orlandis Williamson. He’s Avery’s first cousin and will be special.

    • While I appreciate being credited with multiple accounts, I have to say that is not true. Will you please report back to your people that I am not someone who provides sharp, witty banter, but rather someone who is putting the shoe on the other foot for some people that have been repeatedly bashing others here and in real life for the past few years? Everything that I have stated has been backed by factual evidence or public record, so no need to be sharp and witty.
    • Yes this process is moving slower than I would have expected
    • also was told coady auston applied, he served as defensive coordinator for greenfield under don pitt several years ago before going to Obion county
    • TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
    • stop it, rlh. you’re gonna get me all misty eyed and sentimental.    i see seven fairly regularly. ….but slim shady, that’s like spotting bigfoot on main street. you just hope he doesn’t spot you.
