Actually the d line last time was ok. The Lb's and db's were over matched. They couldn't handle the speed, nor could they tackle enough to stop them. The OL was decent on run blocking. First drive ran a 75 yard td. But they were over matched in pass blocking. The scheme wasn't sound. Didnt pickup the blitz at all. The lines are solid this year but better coaching and technique. This staff is much older and more experienced than in 13. UHS has a couple lineman on each side of the ball who could start for anyone.  The key is the others, can they had up. UHS has little depth, play about 15-16 kids total with most going both ways. They dress about 55, but have a small core that see the Lions share of the playing time.

Game done.  It is what it is. Respect to UHS.  Yall got a right to be mad at the refs. but Alcoa has had those nights too.

I’m curious as to why you want to bring me into this conversation. It’s like you’re implying that I have another username on here. I’ve been nothing but above board with you guys this time and I have no clue who this person is so I’d appreciate it if we keep it about football.

Surely there are a bunch of posts complaining about this, using this as a rationale for UHS's success? I did a search and couldn't find anyone complaining about this. Really strange...

its because they havent won anything but a few FB games yet......now if they had 28 gold balls the crosshairs would b on them......kinda like most of the PUBs whinin bout gettin baby slapped around by Privates.....most of the PUBs dont complain bout playin them when they r beatin them.....They rejoice and rejoice

......but  when that loss comes

      We could sure use some math teachers country wide. Ever go into a store or restaurant and the bill comes to $9.97 and you give them a ten dollar bill and 2 pennies because you wanted a nickle back and then the meltdown starts and the next thing two more people have to come and help figure it out and the place comes to a complete halt. I see this everyday and it's a sad representation of all these schools allowing these kids out the door to get shortchanged the rest of their life.

      I think it was expected. “Bad” luck I guess to get a couple difference maker QBs in the same class. I thought the decision was made a little early myself, but they were struggling offensively last year.  I assume the running quarterback alco had last year would be a senior this fall, and the transfer would start the following two years in addition to getting a ton of playing time this year. Maybe he waits two yrs, but I doubt it. The kid is good. So is the one who stayed.

      I'm from Cloudland and we've never played a sectional game.  We need to win tomorrow night to avoid that bus ride.  Us and north greene can play with you guys so I'm expecting good games whoever the matchup is.
