8th grade is an exceptional group. 7th grade has some individuals that will be studs. After that there will be a huge drop off in talent unless the community gets mass migration.

Two more Woodards, FARLER, qualls,neuswander,2 Callahans, powers,Edwards, 2 more Mitchell boys, pIgg, and my youngest Bugg is a freshman ( can’t leave him out) they’re just loaded, the hard work of the youth football coaches is gonna be realized shortly, I might as well just list the entire roster but I’m terrible with names

You are right. There is a ton of young talent on the team. Mine came home the other day from practice with some good news looking to next season. With all of the seniors, been tough for him to see the field the last two to three seasons. He has work to do, but he is an athlete. He just needs to get his mind right at times.

2A Champ Peabody scored 10 points in a loss to Gibson County.

1A Lake County scored 36 points in their win over Gibson County.

Cornersville held Lake County to 8 points in their win @ Tiptonville.

If the weather Saturday is like it is today, you better bring some extra blankets and coats. Cookeville weather is a killer. Constant 10-15 mph winds and freezing rain.

If Huntingdon had not been in a 3rd and 44 and Cville's defense hadn't been playing so deep that they let #8 get some running room Huntingdon would have never scored. Just another stat
