Ur right.They would be 4th.As long as Hunt and South Pitt win Lake Co will stay 3rd.And if Greenback were to keep winning!they will move ahead of Lake Co!even if Lake Co is undefeated..I'm just curious.If fans were voting.zIs a 21 or 27-7 win over McKenzie more impressive than a 58 to 16 win over Union City

You should go ahead and put Fayetteville in the top ten and admit you were wrong about them... This will help you stay face and not look so bad when you absolutely can’t deny they are a top ten!!!

Who beat Mckenzie 27-7? They have only played 1 game. Huntingdon smoked Mckenzie 42-7 and was inside the 5 with the 2nd string getting ready to take it in when Swenson elected to take a knee.(which was the right choice) Huntingdon also had a few TDS called back on questionable calls and one fumbled into the back of the end zone. So it actually could have been around 63/70-7. Huntingdon threw the ball once. Didn’t have to throw that one. The complaint with the fans is that is something that needs to be incorporated into the offense early in the year. Also, Mckenzie had their starting running back knocked out and airlifted. That will impact a team. I am however happy that Ambassador has given the pick of Death to someone other than Huntingdon.

I didn’t make the poll. It really means nothing. Huntingdon and LC are the top 1a teams in the west. Make it a tie for all I care. I do however like to hear LC posters crying about being the stepsister. Sorry for throwing out a few things about the game. I know most you don’t like to actually talk about football. Huntingdon is not trying to beat its chest about beating Mckenzie, but you shouldn’t be about beating UC. They simply aren’t the UC of old.

      I will never forget the 1983 Heritage vs Maryville game. I remember driving home and listening to WGAP. Can't remember the announcers name. He asked Coach Story why he kept going for 2? Story told him " Why didn't you ask Renfro that last year"

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!

      I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
