You can't stay where you're not located.  You can choose to go there.  

The only time one can stay is mid-classification if a 20% enrollment drop classifies one differently.   And then the term is still playing up even though one elected to stay.  Capiche?

I feel like you guys are arguing the same thing. Huntingdon got classified to single A based on enrollment, but had the option to keep a 2A schedule. Where is the disconnect?
