Exactly! Glencliff has close to that number of students and can barely field a team.  Beautiful day today for some football.  I wish the game I’m going to was pushed up.  Kudos to Sumner County for the change.

Tandem knows his team well.  If the same Beech team shows up tonight that played Hville the Wave will win big.  RB’s are a wash, QB’s are a wash, big difference after seeing both teams is Gallatin’s defense.  Just on the eyeball test I would pick Gallatin 24-7 but there is always the “Crabtree” factor.  I said last year when Hville led the Bucs 45-7 early in the 4th quarter that this was not typical Beech.  Of course they then went on to the 5-A final.    Crabtree does an outstanding job from game 1 thru the end of the year developing his team.  Are they as good as they could be now, no.  Don’t think you will see that until the playoffs.  Tonight is a lot bigger game for Gallatin than Beech.  It’s the “Wave are back” game.  I believe they play again in the 3rd round of the playoffs.  Wave win tonight 24-14.

Gallatin is the clear favorite, anyone disagreeing with that hasn’t kept up with this season very much. Beech better play their best to keep this respectable.

I dont like this feeling, I feel like we have been extremely hyped before this game even is started, and Beech has a dangerous football team. Hope you Beech faithful know that us Gallatin fans expect a great game tonight.
