yes if the school will let a freshman enroll, the only residency requirement is that he live at home with his parents/legal guardians.

In my worthless opinion, this is a travesty. It seems someone kept grinding an axe until it finally cut Fayetteville. 

This ruling undermines school systems that are open zoned, in regards to transfers. They have no choice of schools when everyone else in the system does.

Lets face this as well...bus drivers are getting hard to come by; therefore possibly limiting routes. T$$AA is setting a dangerous precedent for the sake of saving face.

Also, like Roy, I wonder how much input Childress has had. I definitely think there needs to be an explanation on him ruling the player eligible, then someone seemingly changing it from under him.
