What about Feinstein? The Democratic Party is full of a bunch of people that don’t know if they are a man or a woman. It’s a bunch of sick puppies.

If she's guilty lock her up too. There are too many career politicians in Washington (Republican and Democrat). I'm not aware of any that don't know if they're a man or woman. Its possible there are lol. You seem to get away with more in government. Jim Jordan for one. How many people have claimed he was complicit in the sexual assault scandal at Ohio State? There are Democrats with blood on their hands as well. This just isn't a D.C thing though. Sexual assault even happens at our high school levels. I always figured it did because of seeing things on local news with teachers and students but recently had one come to light locally to me that kinda shakes you into reality. Power makes people think they can get away with anything I guess. Small town so it's no secret. People just choose to look the other way so they don't give the school a black eye.

I apologize J76.

Hopefully all this mess will blow over and football will be upon us soon.   And/or some other sport will resume quickly.    Sorry I didn't get to meet up with you last year.  Cornersville,  right?

No biggie. It's an opinion thread, just feel that politics tend to divide us quite a bit.

I think we will be alright once August comes around. Hopefully they can pick up spring practice and catch a scrimmage or two. Also hope basketball and baseball can continue on for the class of 20 sake.

Yes, Cornersville guy. I hope to still be helping out with the radio this season. Will depend on where my son decides on school. He is waiting to hear back from a school in Kansas that has a program he is interested in. If he doesn't get into that, he plans on Maryville. Either way, he gets the chance to continue playing football. Thankfully, neither one has said their roster is full yet.

'76, ST started this thread entitled "This That and the Other" to discuss, as he said, anything, not just sports.... Otherwise I would likely agree with you.

True, just hate how politics tend to divide people. It's an opinion thread I get it. To many good people on here to get divided by something so trivial. Seen good friends distance themselves over political differences.

Yea true. Politics is one thing, pure evil intent is another. I don't really care how one party wants to spend my dollar vs another (we all get the shaft no matter which) but I'll never lay back when they want to use my dollar to perform abortions, perform sex changes, support planned Parenthood and so on.

And I agree with PP above, a lot of politicians are corrupt, even demonic beings....same with Hollywood, the music industry and most entertainers and lots of sports figures.

It's an evil world and I feel more local people are getting by with disgusting sins against humanity because of the liberal stance on such issues in governments around the world and the refusal to administer justice. Why? Because they too are involved in the same, sick, demonic actions. Just look at all those closely involved with Weinstein, that sick Epstein demon and so on....Stealing money is one thing, but these sick freaks and those that support and party with em should be hung as an example.

That's the perception from a lot of folks PP, but thankfully not everyone views it that way. We've had five instances in our county in the last twelve years, and all of them have been investigated and exposed. The biggest problem is that the majority of them know to resign before being fired, saving their licensure and certification. School systems have no recourse once that happens, and unless prosecuted by the victims they are free to move along to another job without a paper trail following them... not even an official reprimand. In one case, the Dept. of Education revoked his license before the resignation, but the victim's family refused to prosecute. Three of our cases went through the judicial system... one victim changed the timeline of events from their initial statement and that one was not tried, and only two of the five were prosecuted. Of those final two, one somehow got a conviction expunged from his record (not overturned) after a few years. As far as I'm aware, three of the five may now apply for a job in education, and a background check will reveal absolutely nothing to their prospective employer. Only one served jail time other than overnight. Hopefully someday every slug who's guilty loses their teaching license and serves time.

Just like I said. They're all crooks. For instance the 2 Republican senators they outed today for selling millions in stock after a closed door Senate meeting on the coronavirus in January. I'm sure there will be more found out from both sides but they need to go to jail.

***Edit: Exposed 2 more since I posted this lol

Diane was one of them which was my point along with Shotgun Joe and his family with nefarious dealings with the Chi Coms regarding military stuff.

    • The Girls Basketball team I am a part of played for a gold ball this season. One of the biggest differences in the sports is that there is no field prep/maintenance in basketball.   Our baseball is successful and play 30 games in the regular season as well. All of the teams dedicate A LOT of time in preparing for their next opponent.
    • Im pretty excited about the new rules that NFHS voted to adopt. Does anyone know if this will take place in Tennessee starting this year? I think I heard/read somewhere that the TSSAA bi-laws say they have to mirror what the NFHS does, and when the NFHS offered the current weight classes as options, TSSAA didn’t adopt them until NFHS made them official. Did NFHS make these changes official starting next season or will it be similar to the weight classes where TSSAA doesn’t change what they are doing until it is  an officially official part of the NFHS rule book? It’ll be interesting to see if it is rolled out for the new TSSAA Middle School season and I saw a post where the youth wrestling in TN was going to vote on adopting it as well.  I’ll pray for all the youth coaches that will have to shoulder the confusion from all those crazy #### parents who already think they know the rules more than everyone else  . Imagine the first time their kid is taken down and a 3 goes up on the scoreboard or their kid gets pinned with only one point of contact in the cylinder. Their heads might explode. i kid, I kid. Sort of. I’m surprised ride time was brought down with all the other changes. I know some argue that it promotes stalling on top, but its been an official scoring method in college forever, so I figure it must be doing something right. Do any of you think that’ll ever be implemented?
