Yeah I haven’t seen any posters from them over the years. I just knew the Memphis posters mostly hung out over there so I thought I would put the thread there.

i hope you guys are right about the loss propelling our team. Even though we were clearly outmatched against Peabody I feel better after this loss than I did last year.  This team was focused the entire game. They never stopped competing. And they were excepting of the coaching and have talent. The will win us several ball games this year. I don’t know what to think about the match up with Cville. But I know our coaches will prepare us well and we will compete with them. You guys pop over to the 5A/6A boards and give some comments. It’s slow over there....

I did see a better prepared team. I think they will have the offense ironed out soon. I can imagine it isn’t a simple offense.  I have to agree with you. I think you guys will go further than last year.

They are very young,they lost alot of speed as well

We play a VERY hard schedule. We lost 22 seniors from last years team. I am not making excuses, just stating facts. Not having any preseason is really going to play tole on us.... region 7 3a is always brutal... We have a good coaching staff that is going to get it together. Replacing that many seniors is always hard.

That new field is going to pay for itself eventually. Just saw CPA and Bartlett will be playing there the 3rd

Henry Co is playing Beech at the stadium today at 2:00 as well

I think it is a great feather in our community’s cap to have a stadium like we do. To have other teams from around the state want to come and play games here speak volumes. Just my opinion but I think Dyersburg has the nicest stadium in West TN (not counting Memphis). They have larger visitor seating than we do and a Jumbotron. But after them I think ours is 2nd best. Glad the kids got this. Much needed for our community.
