As far as the issue of transferring, if they want to move or apply for an hardship, I would be for it. But to give kids ability to transfer wherever without going through the process would be an arms race with programs trying to upgrade their talent level, never mind the fact that incorporating into a program at this point is going to be hard

You must understand that Freedom and Security are inverses. Both good things, but inverses. You cannot have both. You my friend, along with your comrades, have picked security. Your kids will not be playing football this year.

Closing down the churches but then opening up to rioters showed a great abundance of caution.   Supporting thugs over the police was an extremely smart move.  You can smash windows, protest and ruin people's businesses but you can't play football.  What a freaking joke.  Anyone that supports that kind of control over the rights of people should be loaded up and shipped out to a Socialist or Communist country.  

As for going back to school I don't mind anyone residing on the side of caution.  But if you are going to preach science then follow the science. There is a much higher risk of kids getting killed in car crashes but I do t hear a single person crying to move back the driving age to 18.  Let parents (yes I know it is a huge expectation to ask parents to actually parent now a days) make the decisions on their child not some left wing politician that only cares about the his next dollar!

Locke was also a big. believer in blood shed when the government tried to overstep their means.   Just saying.  Rousseau once said that men have freedom but you look around the world and see so many of them in chains.  Once the government gets those chains on there is no going back.
