And I know too many people who have died or have loved ones who have died from this virus to see this BS posted on here. I appreciate everyone who is taking this thing seriously and taking the right precautions. Even if they might be overkill from time to time.

I'm so sick of seeing this nonsense trying to make it a political thing when people are literally dying everyday.

What in my post is BS or offensive other calling the virus what it is. It came from China and is being used to affect our elections by politicians who are only concerned about themselves. I simply made a statement concerning MY child's situation. The virus is very serious and should be treated as such but the constant changing of rules and regulations is very frustrating.  It has been turned into a "political thing" by many politicians to gain an advantage during an election cycle. Just turn on your TV. Many have lost their lives, their businesses, and their livelihoods. We as a society can't continue to live in fear of what might happen. I pray daily that we can over come this virus from China. As a frontline first responder and a local official I see the effects of this everyday. I'm not posting any "BS" but I am posting what so many are thinking and feeling........and we all know or have close family members who have suffered at the hands of this terrible virus so take your soap box somewhere else because this is not the forum to engage me in debate...... However, I must digress.....

Ok...

The obvious inference here is that Covid is a hoax and that the quarantine protocols are frivolous. Of course you immediately backtracked your original sentiment in your next post, so it's a moot point. I'm not here to argue politics or Coronavirus with you or anyone else..

I'll see myself out.

Covid is not a hoax and I have never stated that as such but the quarantine protocols are a bit extreme at times. I never backtracked a statement and stand by what I said and will say.  I'm not here to argue politics or Covid either but you opened that door. Good day sir......

I know people who have died and I still think the quarantine protocols are ridiculous. If your aren’t showing symptoms within 5 days you aren’t getting sick.

It’s definitely real, but in colleges why make a kid go quarantine at home, and make the roommate or peer go back home and possibly spread it to others at home? Or other cases why make someone who isn’t feeling bad and has had limited interaction stay home 14 days even with testing negative ?

Im glad to see people doing their most to limit this virus. I believe for some have done the best they can to slow the spread. Losing a season because 1 guy tests positive is ludicrous

That's exactly what I've been saying....
