Yes. A doctor gave the player in question a letter to participate after the negative antibody test. 
The correct thing to do is for both teams to ask the TSSAA to play!

What about lawyers and judges?  What position did the player in question play?  Could be contact tracing and many players be out.  McMinn Co goes by the state health dept and D-B goes by their own health dept, is that correct?  There may lie the problem.
