What kind of mess is this? No wonder Grider want play if that Morson man wants to play at his stadium both times. Your going to get to play Grider Friday. You think Im joking but Im not.

The thing that is so difficult for people to defend on SP is all the different weapons they can strike with. Everybody knows Frame and Kelly, but Mount, Jackson, Hunter, and Cooper all have big play ability as well. Our defense played well last night. A lot of people don't want to play good defense because it takes a lot of work.

Being the championship game and probably  some nerves on both sides, I see it could be close till halftime and then I see SP's overall talent take over. I'm still thinking maybe SP by 21. Plus depends on the rain. Congrats to both teams for being the best on there side of the brackets.

It will be the first time for the kids of SP to go to the state game as well.  But the coaches have been there and done that so that could be an advantage for us as far as how the staff handles the outside factors.  They will know how to keep the kids grounded and focused.  Everything should be handled as a regular game for the kids.  It's a wonderful thing for them but this being the first trip shouldn't matter if the coaches do their job.

I will say this about Fayetteville. They are fast and physical. They also tackle very well. Especially in the open field. They really don't do anything special. They run alot play action. They have big athletic receivers. They are a solid ball club.

Our biggest chance to run away with this is to get pressure with our ginormous and strong and fast d line. Not give that QB any time to throw. We can stop the run better than most, if not all teams in 1A with how quick our linebackers are. I expect them to try to run it and when that doesn’t work, force a few passes. If they can stop Hunter and Deandre, they can make it a game, if not, good luck.
