ItsAlwaysSunnyInAtwood
Unfortunately this is the sad reality for most smaller schools. More money and bigger talent pools will always win out. I'd say there's literally only 1 current 1A school who's immune to this reality. If everyone is being honest you really can't blame the man for taking whatever Catholic is going to pay him and getting to coach tee martins boy. A very talented class is here. The players make the program not the coach. The coach that falls into this group will be just fine!!!! Any clue on the new lead man? Kilpatrick coming back? PiRaTe._.MiKe
This is one of those situations where I hate to see GB lose such a great coach, but I’m happy at the same time. He had Grider’s number. Interesting fact is both our teams could still make it to the semis to face each other based on talent alone. Then you throw in two new head coaches. In all seriousness I could tell from playing GB that CGR was a GREAT coach. Do you think the hire will be made from within?

Disagree. His adjustments set him aside from other Coaches. The Columbia academy game and his Halftime against South Pitt were huge.Greenback will miss him.His offensive mind was second to none. I think it's a good opportunity for advancement for the ole ball coach. Wish him well!

OB, Old Pirate been feeling mixed emotions on this situation. Congratulations to Coach Ryan but Obviously a huge loss for the Cherokee nation. Coach Ryan did a great job, sure he will be very hard to replace! Is there a quick list of hopefuls?
