I’m thinking most of that went out the door with our 2021 seniors. Seems like a big task for this young Pirate team. Hoping they are ready for a battle.

While we did lose a lot of talent we still return Cash…. Wellington is a better QB in my opinion. Mount was most explosive player last season. He was a junior last season. So he returned. Talent dropped, but not as much as I think people are saying. Depth is what we lack most compared to last year if you ask me. Not overall skill.

Might be a good thing we don't try to pound the middle of the line if Murphy is that big on the line. I guess we'll take our chances and see. I just hope we don't keep trying to do that all night if it's not working. We have some scat backs that can fly, so we need to use that to our advantage. Make them big boy's tired.

Sounds like Murphy's all conference center and their starting fullback/outside linebacker are out tonight with injuries suffered in practice this week. A very tough game just got that much tougher. Murphy doesn't have the depth to cover those kind of losses this season.

Always hate to hear that I know they would have loved to compete in an atmosphere like tonight

Center is a good place. F Danville is a cool town.
