I agree. Most if not all our mistakes the first game are correctable and I think we have yet to play our best game. If we make those adjustments and play a clean game I think it will be a close game g

I feel like this game will be super competitive. Milan was on a mission against Lewis Co after getting bent over by Riverside. If they carry that momentum over to next week, they'll be tough to beat.

Huntingdon has their fair share of momentum as well though, and they put some air in the ball vs Waverly. Probably the most successful passing game I've seen by a Huntingdon team. If we can keep those plays in rotation, I don't see us getting beat. 

Earlier in the year Huntingdon jumped out to a 2 score lead in the blink of an eye and I feel like Milan players got frustrated quickly and lost all their discipline. I'm sure they learned something from that game. Hopefully both teams can keep their emotions in check and play a clean game.

My early guess will be Huntingdon 34 - Milan 21

      RR, you might remember. Didn’t someone hide the kicking shoe that game? It seems I remember we had missed a kick the week before, and we needed all the points we could get. We thought we had a better chance going for two, so $?&@$ hid the shoe after the first miss that game. No one on our sideline looked for it very hard.

      I will never forget the 1983 Heritage vs Maryville game. I remember driving home and listening to WGAP. Can't remember the announcers name. He asked Coach Story why he kept going for 2? Story told him " Why didn't you ask Renfro that last year"

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
