When your starters were pulled half the time in the 3rd quarter and you never had to pass, how can you get any passing yards? It's running up the score if the backup QB throws the ball any.

If I were a coach "anywhere" ,I'd put the backup QB in the game early for some real game time play.I would put every key player that didn't start in the game during the first half.That's what the winner of this game will see next week if they play Maryville.They rotated their entire lines on the second series against us in our scrimmage,building depth while keeping people rested.In that respect,I don't think Greeneville plays as many people both ways as the Kingsport teams I have watched this year.I think for some reason that it's harder on the big boys up front than a speedy guy, to play a whole game without getting a lot of rest.

So lets get serious for a minute and those of you that haven't posted your pick post between today and friday morning. I'm still stewing mine over but if you are ready to put it out there go for it. I will have mine out there by tomorrow evening as I will be mobile in a car for 9 to 10 hours on Friday driving to the tricities to visit for TG next week. I'm hoping to see two football games while I'm there one with Rebs and one with Rebs X 2 in the other.

38-35 Sullivan South. How's Greeneville kicking game? Maybe OT

34-27.If I knew who would have the 34,I would have not made my last stock buy for a couple of weeks.I think it will be a very cold and hard game for either team to win. I don't know how far Greeneville has come along with a complete new look,but both teams have still got very good players and a questionable defense.If I didn't have a dog in the race,I still wouldn't bet a big amount of money on either team in this one.

If I were Carter,I wouldn't pop the kickoff up to the 30 or 40 yard line like they did last week.I'd kick it out of bounds first.Greeneville might be a little smarter and put some speed up for that,instead of calling for a fair catch like ME did.

If I were stacey I would come out and if I get decent field position I would mix it up and throw on the first drive. I expect GV to put 8 in the box so this gets them off balance and allows for a quick start. Now if I get bad field position I might mix it up more and try and just stuff it down GV's throat. Assuming option one doesn't work and we put get them in a position where we play on a shorter field thus when we get in the later part of the game we can run the ball and thus time of possession would be in our advantage. I think this game is the one where you want the ball first to make a statement.
