strongx
Sounds like Stars has been at it again. I assume it has been another busy off season. Last years QB was soooo good that many may not agree, but this years guy may be better. Time will tell. Will be hard to match the 30+ TDs with only 1 pick. Unbelievable stat! The talent of #22 won't be replaced this year, but quality depth at RB should be a strength of this team.
REBELRON
My concern regarding QB position is three of them will not be in spring practice because they play baseball. I understand that some kid has transferred here from another school that plays QB but don't know anything other than that. Sure would be nice to have them all there for spring practice. I'm sure there will be one or two get put at new positions due to the large number that are playing that position. As long as GQ is coaching Quarterbacks at Maryville I never worry. Shoot GQ made a star out of my nephew. LOL. I remember people Worrying about QB play after Cade Thompson left. In steps Derek Hunt and Brent Burnette. After Hunt and Burnette left people were worried about QB play. In steps Philip Juhline. After Juhline left people were concerned again. In steps Patton Robinette. After Robinette left I remember people were really worried. In steps Nick Myers. After Myers great season people were wondering how he would be replaced. In steps John Garrett. Garrett was awesome last year. I trust GQ enough to never worry about QB play.

GovMan
Hey 91...it must be true. I heard he is from Alaska, or was that Sevier County.... I don't believe Alaska has a strong legacy of quarterbacks. I could be wrong. Can anyone name me a good quarterback that came from Alaska? Red Rebels
I think the confusion comes from the fact that his last name is Alaska. It's kind of like Joe Montana or Johnny Utah. The new QB's name is Jimmy Alaska or was it Joey...
strongx
I was wrong about the left coast. I think the kid moved here from an area southeast of LA. Should be a lot of competition at QB. May be a two headed monster?
