Sad News in Maryville

Longtime Red Rebels fan Bubba McKinney passed away in his sleep last night. He had been sick for the last couple of years. I will always remember him. Mr McKinny was always the first in line at the gate, home or away.  Prayer for the McKinny Family.

I remember going straight to the Knox West game from work a few years ago. I got there, what I though was, real early. Bubba was already there. Prayers for the family.

Very sorry for his family's loss. Praying for Grace and Peace that goes beyond our understanding. We can take some Comfort in the Truth that through Jesus we all have the opportunity to see our loved ones not only again but eternally .

So sorry to hear Longtime fan Bubba McKinney passed away.  Prayers to him and his family and will be sadly missed.

Sad news.....He was a good man and a wonderful person. Shaking his hand was like grabbing a snow shovel. His son, Cole, was a heck of a player and a big part of the Reb's Championship runs in the GQ years. Bubba will be sadly missed.

Mr. McKinney was a rebel through and through....And like rw87 it was always a race to see who would be the first in line at a game between her and Bubba......Prayers to the entire McKinney family.....God Bless...

Agreed. Great man! Great Rebel fan!

I remember Cole beating Central "single handedly by a towel" during one of those championship runs!
