Not taking anything away from Cornersville. They both are physical and have some good backs. If Milan played in 1a in Huntington’s region or Cornersville’s they would make some noise.

Let me ask you Whitwell people a question.  When is that Boldin man taking his boys to Cookeville? Grider took our boys in 2009 the night before and they found some of them college girls and our boys got beat.  The next year Grider took them that morning and they won.  You think im joking but im not.

We made a little noise in 3A this year getting to the 3rd round. But we were very young this year. And will be much better the next couple of years as are underclassmen mature. Very excited for the future.  Thanks for the kind words.

Congrats to Whitaker for being one of the finalists. From film, looks like a really good athlete. He was worthy of the trophy but, unfortunately for him, so we’re the other 2. Good to see athletes being recognized for the work they put in. Not many people around know all the things that go in to get to this level. Hope to see a good game Saturday. Regardless, one will go home happy and the other won’t. But no need for any to let their heads hang. Been a good year for both. Good luck!

Roy, I’ve never heard of a team going that early. Maybe they aren’t aware the game is Saturday. LMBO

Cherokee23, this is my 1st year posting on Coach T, but you are pure class. Watched 23 snagging one handed passes during pregame. He is a special athlete. Hate that he missed the game. I think that if he played, the outcome would have been different. Thanks for supporting Whitwell. Hopefully this our year.
