no it doesn’t but Huntingdon starters haven’t played more than the first series after the half in most of their games either. I wasn’t tying to downgrade LC, I was just making the point that LCs non region games was not that difficult.

Gotcha but way better than sisters of the poor...who we have been playing for the past few

Lol take care of the East...this argument is quite comical! We played the best competition that WOULD play us...many others were contacted

Same for everyone else. I'm sure the others didn't back away from tough competition that was willing to play them. This wasn't a debate about who was better, but only about the teams' strength of schedules. Just presenting the numbers and stating the facts of the matter. And when it comes to injuries, everyone has them. When it comes to your players being pulled after halftime, that might have something to do with the lack of competition. And we'll try to take care of the east, for we all know who stands in the way (a very tall task).

I’ll agree I think the top 4 have kids that have spent many quarters on the sidelines...it’s single A

Exactly!GB has one of the toughest schedules in 1A!

SP originally had a pretty tough schedule as well. We just didn’t get to play Red Bank. At the end of the day Red Bank and Loudon is pretty close. Both teams played Meigs County. Sequatchie County is as good as any of the rest of the teams you played. Huntland is as good as someone like Oliver Springs or Rockwood. I don’t think anyone in the state thought Whitwell was going to be terrible either. I’m still not sure what happened there with all of their linemen coming back from last year. Then we both have a fair share of just really bad teams too.

The schedule for a 1A school is pretty good. That's all I'm saying. LC starters are in the same boat as the Huntingdon starters are.

Coalfield and OS are more on Fayettevilles level a little better than Huntland, but yes RB and Loudon are comparable (if that game had been played) you got Meigs at home that helps a little.Oneida is a better team than Seq.

Whitwell was karma!

Yea but real karma would have been them not winning a state title last season with a player that should have been ineligible the entire season for playing in an all star game before his senior year. That would have been karma.

I'll admit I haven't seen anyone from the West thus far.    The best ones I've seen this year are Swafford, MeigsCounty; Carnes, Willis and Bailey; Greenback.

I think they've done a disservice to the lineman award by only having 1 Mr Football per classification.

Linemen deserve their own category.

This is what happens when inmates run the asylum.  Its like Arkham is in charge of Mr. Football and head office of the TSSAA.
