Great to hear. What about the trucks backed up to the visitors’ half of the field not allowing visiting bands to stand there and the fans in those trucks intimating visiting students and throwing of small objects at the helmets of players.
At the very least a temporary stands should be provided for the band. Our band had to play standing up in the roadway behind those trucks.

Our folks on that side are to the left on the 20 yard line down to Goal line.Players are 30 to 30.The folks back there now are older folks and they are FAR from trouble makers.

If someone was throwing something why not let someone know, the SRO officer would have lead them out.

Who do you suggest pay for the stands??Our school cant afford to do it and the County SURE wont do anything for us because our name isnt LOUDON.I wish we had more seating EVERYWHERE but its what we have.

Bring in extra bleachers from the baseball field. That's what we had to do last year for the Cornersville game. We had to borrow them from the parks and recreation department.

Very well may have in the past but we have moved most folks away from the visitors stands and i know each person parked behind the visitors team now and you wont have an issue.Oneida one year had some issues but the AD has done a good job moving them around.

I was witness to an incident in 2008, far as I know it hasn't been an issue since. I will say I have personally witnessed similar behavior at multiple venues across the 3 eastern most regions at one time or another. Everybody has "those guys" lurking.

Would the band been happy standing along the fence? My point is coalfield and oakdale have less seating than greenback. A lot of 1A and 2A schools have very limited visitor seating.

At least I've never heard of cars being broken into there. There are 2 venues that every time we play there somebody gets ripped off.

Here is something for you guys out there that wonder about how we treat our visitors. We have a great group behind the visitors that have been back there for a couple years now.

Lol.  My senior year,  Coalfield and greenback were the most hostile places I'd ever played.  Now that being said,  I loved being there a couple years ago when y'all played south pitt.  Awesome atmosphere.

It's my OCD, but the away bleachers not being centered drives me insane lol
