Can’t really go off that. GB played Meigs 2nd game of the year. When SP played Meigs, Meigs QB had the flu, starting skill player hurt in beginning of game, and an OL player didn’t play. Correct me if I’m wrong @Imthayeti  Not trying to take anything away from SP. Just saying you can’t really compare and say who would win off that one common opponent.

SP beat them and it could have been worse!

Correct. I wont say that's why we lost, I will say It definitely didnt help. Qb had strep and flu. Was on oxygen when he could be on the sideline. Our backup qb was one of the ones hurt who was and is also a starting wr and one of our best. Was just unfortunate timing for a big game. Our preseason all state OL was one of the ones hurt as well lol. I'll say this about SP. They did an outstanding coaching job against us regardless of who we had hurt. Used some of our strong points against us. Very well coached team. Again not saying that's why we lost, just saying we were no where nesr 100%. Last week was the first time we been healthy since first game of the season when we lost one of our top receivers. We've had 2 of our best recievers out most of the year or alot of it unfortunately.

Dont think any Huntland fans would say that.  Alaways had a good relationship with them.  Huntland has scrimmaged them numerous times through the years.  Played them this year and after playing Huntingdon I think the Class A champs will be decided between Greenback and South Pitt.

Probably could have. I would have liked our chances early in the season. We would lose every time I believe the way we had to play them. SP is a great team regardless though.

I agree.. I don’t know much about lake county.. but SP will beat Huntingdon

When your player leads with the crown of his helmet and hits the quarterback in the head that's called HELMET TO HELMET or SPEARING or TARGETING. Call it whatever you want it was dirty and on purpose and it cost you 15 yards and it pretty much ended any chance you had in the 2nd half after the penalty coming out after halftime. I was proud of our lineman taking care of that crap. You dont do that any get away with it

In 62 pages has anyone mentioned the Fayetteville team that could have been hosting this game? If the motion sick Mustangs had a bad half against that team it could've ended their season.

But that was probably before GB first time players had GB system down pat
